The Old West Summer Chuck Wagon Show is a special feature hosted by the Enchanted Springs Ranch near Boerne, Texas. This family-operated, working ranch covers 86 acres and brings the days of the Old West back to life. You can walk through a reproduction of a Wild West era town, and see animals like Texas longhorn cattle, buffalo, zebras and deer. Kids love it here, so it's a great place for families. You will be greeted by cowboys and cowgirls as you take a walk through town. You can take a tractor-tour through the wild animal park. Dinner is served at 6pm, just as it was in cowboy days. Your meal will include barbeque brisket, sausage, beans, coleslaw and a brownie. You will be entertained by cowboy storytellers and Pistol Packin' Paula, the world champion gun twirler.
